安昌河大桥:等待八年贯通南北

安昌河大桥（安昌桥）系绵阳至重庆省道跨越安昌河的主干桥，始建于1959年，由四川省城市规划设计院设计，原桥长212米、宽14米，七孔石拱结构。当工程施工到下桥基三座时，正值三年困难时期，于当年8月25日停工。

　　绵阳早期修建的道路桥中，安昌河大桥的修建历史比较曲折。

　　据了解，在绵阳城早期规划时，就已经考虑到要有东西和南北向的主要干道，从绵阳到三台、遂宁，如果安昌河上没有一座大桥，南北主要通道没法连接。当时，川陕路上在涪江建起了东方红大桥，但安昌河上还没有一座大桥，只有小浮桥附近被称为“矮子桥”的西河桥。

　　《绵阳市城乡建设志》在述写绵州路南段（今长虹大道南段）建设时候提到安昌桥建设的起始：“原来走西河桥、小浮桥，每年安昌河涨水漫过桥面影响人车通行、事故频起，且公路穿过闹市区（涪城路），故改线另建安昌桥，新建桥头公路从御营坝接小浮桥经戴（代）家湾至南塔啤酒厂。”可见当年绵阳人过安昌河多不容易。

　　建设：开建曾停工

　　足足等了8年，1967年安昌桥建设终于再次被提上议事日程，此时由绵阳地区交通局开始第二次重新设计。在一些特殊技术环节，比如桥墩以下则由绵阳地区桥工队承建，桥帽由地区建筑公司承建，难度大的吊装由省交通厅桥工队安装。经过一年施工，1968年安昌桥顺利竣工。《绵阳市建筑志》对大桥有较为详细的记载：大桥上部结构为钢筋砼T型桥梁，下部为石台墩，全长194米，车行道宽8米，两边人行道各2.3米，有栏杆，7孔。

　　大桥修好后，并没有隆重的庆祝活动，两岸的人们蜂拥着从桥上进城，看稀奇似的。住在御营坝、南山一带的人们更是欢欣鼓舞，他们再也不用担心发大水没有渡船和淹没漫水桥没法过江了（南山下的索桥是上世纪80年代才建成）。

　　发展：相继建大桥

　　改革开放后绵阳城市快速发展，尤其是到了上世纪90年代，绵阳城市人口和城区面积都出现较快增长，加之老城区改造，不少群众搬迁安置到御营坝片区，安昌河两岸往来更加频繁。至1994年，该桥人车流量非常饱和，时常有拥堵情况，此时正好城市规划新建长虹大道，安昌桥也进行了扩建，国庆节前夕通车。扩建后的桥面宽35米，两端引桥200余米，桥面建有绿化分隔带，护栏采用不锈钢和花岗石加桥灯等新颖装饰设施。

　　2015年，安昌桥再次改建为44.5m梁桥，并在南北两岸修建了滨河路车行地下通道，形成滨河路与长虹大道立体交通，大大提高了车辆通行效率。随着城市发展，安昌河上相继修建了南河大桥、饮马大桥、南山大桥、飞来石大桥、樊华大桥等多座大桥，为人们通行带来便利，更是为促进绵阳城市社会经济发展作出了不可磨灭的贡献。
