　　从投资规模划分来看，10亿元以上项目13个，1-10亿元项目82个，亿元以下项目66个。从所属行业划分来看，产业发展类项目79个，基础设施建设类项目39个，民生工程及社会事业类项目31个，房地产类项目12个。

　　数量多、投资额大、涵盖领域广泛……这批重大项目集中开工，既有求突破的战略性项目，也有补短板的支撑性项目，将掀起新一轮加快推进项目建设的热潮，为绵阳经济高质量发展提供强劲动能。

　　加快推进产业项目 增添经济发展“动力”

　　投资是拉动经济社会发展的直接动力，而重大产业项目投资发挥了关键作用。“我市坚持以项目为中心组织经济工作，各地各部门采取种种行之有效的措施抓项目促投资，尤其是狠抓重大产业项目的招引、开工、建设。”市发改委相关负责人表示，在此次集中开工的重点项目中，产业发展类项目计划总投资占比达42.5%。

　　在此次集中开工的161个重大项目中，产业发展类项目共79个，包含工业、农林牧渔、商贸、旅游等方面，总投资213.2亿元，2020年计划完成投资38.1亿元。

　　这其中，10亿元以上项目有熊猫二代高端盖板玻璃生产线项目等7个;1-10亿元项目有罗浮山温泉康养小镇基础配套设施建设项目等38个;亿元以下项目有邦太食品青花椒加工及种植产业项目等34个。

　　完善基础设施建设 筑牢城市发展“根基”

　　基础设施建设既是打基础、利长远、增后劲的发展工程，又是顺民意、解民忧、惠民生的“民心工程”，这些项目的开工建设进度也格外引人注目，时时刻刻牵动着老百姓的心。

　　这次集中开工的基础设施建设类项目共39个，也是此次集中开工四大类项目中数量第二多的项目。这些项目包含交通、水利、城镇基础设施等方面，总投资123.58亿元，2020年计划完成投资16.5亿元。

　　其中，10亿元以上项目有科技城第二水源开茂水库水厂及配套管网工程等3个;1-10亿元项目有魏城河(三台段)防洪治理工程等18个;亿元以下项目有丰树川北现代物流园场平及周边道路建设工程等18个。

　　一直以来，住房、医疗、教育等领域的项目建设情况，都备受关注。此次开工的民生工程及社会事业类项目共31个，包含教育、卫生、保障性住房、生态环保等方面，总投资65.13亿元，2020年计划完成投资8.8亿元。

　　据介绍，1-10亿元项目有江油市城南片区棚户区改造安置房建设项目等17个;亿元以下项目有游仙区体育公园项目等14个。
