绵阳新增高血压、糖尿病可报销药品930种

6月4日，记者从绵阳市医保局获悉，为切实减轻慢性病患者医疗费用负担，方便患者用药，确保群众待遇水平不降低，我市对现有高血压、糖尿病（简称“两病”）医保药品目录进行了动态调整，目前共计有1000余种药品被纳入报销范围内。

　　据了解，绵阳市2019年6月制定高血压、糖尿病医保药品目录以来，可报销药品约130个品种，此次新增可报销药品约930个品种，高血压、糖尿病医保药品目录如今达到1000余个药品品种，其中，西药和中成药有163种，中药饮片892种。

　　高血压、糖尿病容易引起心、脑、肾损伤等并发症及合并症。据悉，本次“两病”医保药品目录调整，新增了部分并发症及合并症相关治疗药物。例如，将治疗高血压、糖尿病并发心脑血管损伤的药物——阿司匹林纳入目录。阿司匹林是一种用药广泛，用量较大的药物，此次调整将更加方便患者使用该类药品。

　　另外，本次调整还新增了部分诊疗目的明确的中成药（疗效直接体现为降压降糖）和《国家药品目录》中甲类中药饮片（须持有医师开具用于治疗高血压糖尿病的处方，单独使用时不予支付）。市医保局医药服务管理科副科长邹薇薇告诉记者：“前期我们了解到部分中老年患者习惯使用中成药或者中药饮片辅助治疗高血压、糖尿病，根据这种需求，此次我们也将丹参滴丸、消渴丸、银杏叶片等中成药纳入目录进行报销，减轻‘两病’患者医疗费用负担。”

　　市医保局相关负责人表示，此举让患者享受到以前不能享受的报销政策，满足了患者的用药需求，减轻了患者的用药负担，提高了患者用药看病的获得感。市医保局将加强监督，确保定点医药机构因病施治、合理用药，准确把握各类药品的限定支付范围，正确引导参保病人就医治疗，切实维护参保人员的利益。
