绵阳最后一例新冠肺炎患者治愈出院

　　3月13日下午，随着最后一名治愈患者毛某走出绵阳四〇四医院丰谷分院隔离病区，绵阳市累计22名新冠肺炎确诊患者全部治愈出院。据悉，毛某是全省首例气管插管患者，也是全省首个极危重年轻患者。

　　至此，绵阳市实现了新冠肺炎住院治疗患者数为“0”，确诊患者死亡数为“0”，参与救治的医护人员感染数为“0”。标志着绵阳市疫情防治取得了阶段性胜利。

　　毛某今年33岁，1个多月前，他外出散步返家后自觉疲乏，多次测体温发热，最高38.9度，伴乏力，肌肉酸痛、头晕及头部胀痛等。随后，毛某就诊于当地某医院，入院后反复发热，体温最高40度并逐渐出现胸闷、气紧、左侧胸痛，偶有咳嗽等症状。2月3日，毛某转入绵阳某医院就诊。2月4日，毛某转入四〇四丰谷分院隔离治疗。

　　经过检查，毛某身体各项指标“全面飘红”，针对毛某这一极危重病例，绵阳从各大医院抽调了精兵强将组成专家组，集中优势力量展开救治。

　　2月7日凌晨，毛某因呼吸急促、缺氧明显、血气分析氧合指数低被紧急气管插管;2月14日凌晨，他因插管移位，再次进行抢救;2月18日，他成功拔管，更换面罩，病情相对稳定，改用无创机械通气治疗……最终，毛某从危重症转为重症，再到轻症，经过连续两天两次核酸检测均呈阴性，经市级专家组会诊，认为达到出院标准准予出院。
