　　中国绵阳新闻网讯 随着4支机械手臂有条不紊地来回摆动，组装好的电连接器完成最后一道工序顺利走下生产线；与生产车间只有一面落地玻璃墙之隔，监测产品工艺的工程技术人员正坐在电脑前，全神贯注地“监视”着4支机械手臂的一举一动，并及时加料、补料……（如图）这是近日记者在经开区长虹智慧制造产业园华丰连接器项目一期厂区某车间，捕捉到机械手臂灵活操作的“稀奇”画面。

　　“这4支机械手今年2月引进生产，工作一天可抵6个工人的工作量，生产200个产品，不仅提升了效率，也提高了产品的合格率。”工程技术人员羊依安告诉记者。

　　无论是华丰连接器项目还是长虹空调项目，利用设备的自动化、数控化、从传统的生产加工升级为智能化的精密加工，“智慧长虹”的精彩无处不在。“长虹空调从高新区老工厂到经开区智能制造基地，生产制造系统的变化翻天覆地，一大批行业先进的自动化智能化设备逐步投入批量生产使用，一大批领先行业的先进生产工艺技术顺利实现量产，显著提高了长虹空调的生产工艺水平及智能制造能力。”长虹空调项目部周经理对记者说，“从某种程度上说，长虹空调自此已跨入行业的先进制造行列。”

　　总投资22.3亿元，占地1200余亩的长虹智慧制造产业园项目于2017年开工建设，新建电子精密连接器研发与制造、大数据物联技术、新能源车专用高可靠蓄电池系统、实物成分功能识别技术研发基地；涵盖了长虹空调项目、美菱冰箱项目、华丰连接器项目、激光显示器项目、长虹电源项目以及选址于塘汛镇三河村的华丰表处理6个项目。目前美菱冰箱项目、长虹激光显示器项目、长虹电源项目已建成投产，华丰连接器项目一期已建成投产；二期已封顶正在进行内外部装修，预计今年8月投入使用；长虹空调项目目前一期已建成投产，二期已封顶。

　　长虹智慧制造产业园以军民两用技术、产业为方向，利用其系统集成、软件开发、高效制冷、视频和图像显示、虚拟现实和智能感知等优势技术，培育、拓展先进军民融合产品，2020年全面建成后，预计整个产业园可聚集企业35家，实现年产值100亿元，带动就业1万余人。
