绵阳28项科技成果获四川省科技进步奖

25日，四川省科学技术奖励大会在成都举行，隆重表彰为全省科技事业作出突出贡献的科技工作者。记者从市科技局获悉，绵阳斩获颇丰，全省287个获奖项目中，绵阳获奖项目达28项，一等奖6项，二等奖7项，三等奖15项，获奖项目数占全省十分之一，位居全省第二，再次展现出中国科技城在科技创新领域的巨大活力。

　　据介绍，绵阳28个项目获奖，获奖数量和质量均有所提高，较之2017年获奖数和主持完成数分别增加8项和4项，与2017年同比增长40%。由我市直接提名推荐项目有13项，在绵院所企业参与由其他渠道推荐的项目达到15项。

　　从适于现代产业链的竹种质资源选育技术创新与示范、航空发动机用高温合金小规格棒材生产技术开发及应用，到航空发动机压缩部件试验关键技术与应用、基于物联网的智慧家庭关键技术及设备研制……记者了解到，我市获奖项目涉及电子信息、新材料、现代农业、航空航天等领域。

　　其中，由西南科技大学、中国兵器装备集团自动化研究所、中国工程物理研究院核物理与化学研究所、中国（绵阳）科技城工业技术研究院、四川嘉泰工业产品设计有限责任公司联合推出的“复杂环境作业装备非平稳非均布重载智能平衡控制技术、系统及应用”；西南科技大学联合四川农大等单位推出的“适于现代产业链的竹种质资源选育技术创新与示范”；四川铁骑力士实业有限公司推出的“优质生猪产业链集成技术创新工程”等6个项目获得一等奖，数量占全省一等奖项目的17.6%。

　　此外，由西南科技大学、绵阳九三科技有限公司、江海市万裕建材有限公司联合研发推出的“利用多种废物生产改性胶粉掺杂保温墙体砌块”；攀钢集团江油长城特殊钢有限公司推出的“航空发动机用高温合金小规格棒材生产技术开发及应用”等7个项目获得二等奖，数量占全省二等奖项目的8.6％。由四川九洲电器集团有限责任公司联合其他单位推出的“北斗航空关键技术研究及应用”；四川长虹电器股份有限公司单独推出的“可运营智能感知家电系统开发与产业化”等15个项目获得三等奖，数量占全省三等奖项目的8.7%。

　　据了解，近年来，我市在培育创新主体、营造创新生态、激发创新活力、壮大创新产业等方面继续下大力气，着力建好用好各类创新平台、全面提升科技服务水平、夯实筑牢人才智力支撑、打通科技金融结合通道，构建全方位、全链条、高质量的科技创新服务体系，为创新主体协同互动、创新要素顺畅流动、金融资本有效对接、创新资源高效配置和科技成果迅速转化创造优越条件，充分释放和激发全社会的创新创造热情，为加快建设中国科技城和西部现代化强市提供科技支撑。

　　军民融合、产学研系统创新、科技协同创新的典范：由西南科技大学领衔获得的科技进步奖一等奖“复杂环境作业装备非平稳非均布重载智能平衡控制技术、系统及应用”项目，该成果开展3个方面技术攻关，突破了3项核心关键技术，研制了5种代表性装备并实现产业化，近3年产生了直接经济效益6.95亿元；服务于国家重点需求，对提升军工装备现代化水平具有重要的促进作用和显著的军事效益。

科技成果转化的典范：四川铁骑力士实业有限公司获得的一等奖“优质生猪产业链集成技术创新工程”项目，该成果围绕优质生猪产业链集成技术的关键技术、共性技术，培育形成的“天府肉猪配套系”2011年获得国家畜禽遗传资源委员会颁发的“畜禽新品种（天府肉猪配套系）”证书，天府肉猪的生产性能达到国际先进水平。该项技术创新工程提升了我省在该产业的技术水平和竞争能力，塑造了科技成果转化为现实生产力的典型案例，彰显了该企业在科技城建设中的有作为、敢作为、能作为的科技创新精神。
