标题: 绵阳街头乱搭广告牌，当心被罚

近期，绵阳城区正展开针对“乱牵乱挂，乱搭乱建，乱贴乱画，乱停乱放，乱泼乱倒”的“十乱”行为专项整治，整治清理违规搭建户外广告是重点之一。

　　15日，记者在临园路西段看到，执法人员正在对该路段外一处违规实施的横幅广告进行拆除。

　　目前，城区开展违规广告招牌(横幅)专项整治行动，将全面清理拆除各类违规设置的商业广告横幅、各类宣传标语横幅、灯箱广告、建筑外立面广告、商店招牌、“牛皮癣”等，确保城市清爽有序;严查违规广告店招等乱搭乱建行为，不定期组织拉网式排查，严格控制新违“零增长”;同时引导普通市民参与，落实“门前三包”责任制，杜绝市民乱扔白色垃圾、乱堆乱放乱扔生活垃圾、乱牵乱拉绳索晾晒衣服、乱泼乱倒污水等不文明行为;加大纠正非机动车乱停乱放行业，联合共享单车运维企业，及时做好人行道乱停乱放共享单车的清理规范;联合交警对汽车站、农贸菜市场等重点区域周边占道经营的机动车游商进行集中整治，对于经多次劝导，仍在违规占道经营的机动车游商予以坚决取缔，并给予当事人行政处罚。

　　市城管执法支队每天将开展1-2次不定期巡查整治，重点区域安排执法人员蹲点守控，着力解决市容重点、难点和热点问题，确保良好市容秩序。
